Sliding door

Sliding door
door type characterised by a sliding, horizontal way of opening. There are different variants of sliding doors such as sliding glass doors, pocket doors, bypass doors, or the ones with a central opening. They are usually used as interior doors, but they can also serve as shower or wardrobe doors thanks to the big opening they provide. They function by sliding the door panel along the horizontal rails. There can be a single or a double door panel depending on the choice. In the pocket version, the door hides in the wall.
